At PCI HiCare, we stand by the quality of our home hygiene and pest control products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and packaging, including all safety seals and documentation provided at the time of delivery.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to begin the return transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our home care experts inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
